It's common for service members to start preparing for their fitness tests, only after being reminded by their training coordinator that it's coming due. We will teach you how to stay prepared by helping make your fitness training a part of your normal routine. We have experience with scoring systems for all branches of the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and First Responders (LEO, Fire, EMT).

What Is Mil-Spec Muscle?
Mil-Spec Muscle is a GSA-registered, veteran owned and woman-owned, small business. Stay fit to fight with guidance from a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC). We specialize in helping service members prepare for their Physical Fitness Tests (PFTs) and Combat Fitness Tests (CFTs). We bring twenty-nine years of experience working with all branches of the military. Our lead trainer has also been sworn law enforcement since 2012 and has prepared numerous first responders for their respective academies...as well as helping them pass their fitness tests to graduate within the top percent of their classes' physical requirements.
